St. Joseph's Square Condominiums will provide a range of housing types to meet the changing needs of residents through all life stages. This proposed project features 83 private residences, including 12 townhouses, and 5000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

Only three kilometers to downtown Halifax, this exciting new addition to the neighborhood is proposed to be located at 5455 Russell Street/5454 Kaye Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. It's close proximity to public transit, schools, shops, and nearby parks makes walking and using public transit appealing.

After completing a process of unprecedented public consultation, and becoming cognizant of the Community's concerns, ECL has reduced the height of the building from its original 11 storeys to an 8.5 storey building. Care was taken to maintain the townhouses in the design to create an illusion of a low rise identity, compatible to the surrounding neighborhood, and to also enhance the pedestrian environment.
